All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Product return conditions

 

If the product you purchased on our site is found to be defective, you must contact us from the online support section on our page within 14 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.

 

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS

 

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can return the product within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

CARGO and DELIVERY

 

After getting bank approval, your orders are delivered to cargo within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

 

Shipments delivered to cargo are expected to arrive within 5 business day for Istanbul and 5 to 10 business days for outside Istanbul. The cargo company will deliver your order to the address you specified between 09.00-18.00 on working days.

 

In case of a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that the information you provided about your membership must be complete and accurate.

 

Delivery is not done on holidays and feast days.

 

All the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with the Cargo Company guarantee.

 

If the product you have paid for is out of stock, there is a waiting period for at least 4 (four) days and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product is not delivered to the consumer between these dates, the payment made is returned to the consumer."
